Character development, confidence, strength, focus, body awareness, and balance are inter–mixed with enjoyable activities for these young yogis. Using yoga poses, creative movement, stories and games, your child will get a chance to express their unique selves and find the fun in practicing yoga.
Saturdays, Jan 9-30th, 9:30-10:15am
Through this class, your child will develop breathing techniques to help calm themselves and improve concentration. Improve body awareness, strength, focus and balance by following a structured yoga sequence designed to make it easy for kids to practice on their own.
